Click Tools
|
|
|
2.

Click Services. (If you see Accounts,
but not Services, follow
the instructions for
Outlook Express
|
|
|
3.
|
Click on Add
|
|
|
4.
|
Click Internet E-Mail,
and click OK (make sure you have the
CD-ROM)
|
|
5.
|
WhenMail Account Properties" appears, in the general tab,
enter the following information
| 1.
|
Name of mail server:
this can be whatever you want.
|
| 2.
|
Name: enter your name.
|
| 3.
|
E-Mail address: enter your full
e-mail address.
|
|
|
6.
|
Click Servers tab, and enter the following information
| 1.
|
Incoming mail (POP3):
enter "pop.emailsrvr.com", as shown above.
|
| 2.
|
Outgoing mail (SMTP):
smtp.emailsrvr.com
|
| 3.
|
Account name: enter your full e-mail address.
|
| 4.
|
Password: enter your password.
|
| 5.
|
Check the box labeled "My server
requires authentication".
|
|
|
7.
|
Click connection tab, and choose which option
your are going to use
|
|
|
8.
|
Click OK
|
|
|
9.
|
If you have more than one account to add,
repeat steps 3-9.
|
|
|
10.
|
Click OK
|
|
|
11.
|
Close Outlook (setting will not take
effect until Outlook is closed)
|
